All payments should be made via wire transfer in USD.
2. Payment – Cancellation policy:
50% non-refundable deposit of the total is required and the remaining 50% should be finalized according to the policy below: Winter Season (December 1st – April 20th) – 30 days prior to arrival. Summer Season (April 21st – November 30th) – 20 days prior to arrival.
3. Is Wi-Fi included?
Yes, Wi-Fi is included during the stay.
4. How late can events be held?
Events are available until 11 PM. Further ours are subject to revisión and approval.
5. What is the maximum occupancy?
Maximum occupancy is 14 adult guests. If there is a different occupancy, please detail in the request form.
